1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services, coaching programmes, digital content, and affiliate materials offered by Health in Faith (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Laura Hargrave. By purchasing, booking, or participating in our services, you (“the client” or “you”) agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Health in Faith provides personalised 1:1 nutrition and health coaching, group coaching, workshops, and online programmes, educational materials and wellness content, and recommendations and affiliate links for products and supplements. All services are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and lifestyle, consult your GP or a qualified medical professional before implementing any major dietary, supplement, or exercise changes, take full responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes arising from coaching or recommendations, and attend scheduled sessions on time and participate respectfully in any group environments.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in advance of coaching sessions, programmes, or access to digital products. We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Access to sessions, courses, or materials will only be granted once payment has cleared in full.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that there are no refunds for completed or partially completed coaching sessions, group programmes, or digital products. Missed sessions without adequate notice are considered forfeited. In cases of technical error, duplicate payment, or extenuating circumstances, refunds may be issued at our discretion. If a programme is cancelled by Health in Faith, a full or partial refund or transfer may be offered.

6. Session Rescheduling and Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of service without refund. Health in Faith reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Health in Faith and Laura Hargrave provide nutrition and health coaching, not medical care. All information shared is educational only and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You understand and agree that Laura Hargrave is not a medical doctor, and coaching does not replace medical advice or treatment. You should always consult your GP or another qualified professional before making changes to your diet, medication, or lifestyle. You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

We occasionally promote or recommend third-party products or services through affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Health in Faith may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only endorse products we genuinely believe in, but you should always do your own research before purchasing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property on the Health in Faith website, in coaching materials, or within digital programmes are owned by Laura Hargrave unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share content without express written consent. Personal use is permitted; commercial use or redistribution is not.

10. Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Group sessions operate under a mutual confidentiality agreement among participants.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Health in Faith and Laura Hargrave are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from your use of services, materials, or affiliate products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health in Faith, its owner, and affiliates from any claims or damages related to your participation or reliance on provided information.

12. Termination

Health in Faith reserves the right to terminate services or access to programmes if a client behaves inappropriately, fails to make payment, breaches these Terms, or otherwise disrupts the service. Termination under these circumstances will not entitle you to a refund.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and takes effect upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
