    Hi Laura, I’m loving your podcasts and learning something new every time I listen to one. The biggest take-home from this one is the shocking news about spinach and chard containing anti-nutrients. I’ve been growing spinach and have often preferred it over lettuce for salads to date but that’ll change now. Thank you.

      Hi Jane, ah thanks! Eek, I know, I’ve had to change too and feel much better for it. Kale and rocket are fine. Do you find rocket (arugula in US) easy to grow?
