    I think you’re right that the lack of muscle mass is part of the issue, sitting behind the computer for far too long. I eat very healthy, and I get good sleep. And I seek to follow the right attitude in faith, such as forgiveness. But my tummy has remained bigger, and its limiting the clothes I can get into. So I need to look at strengthening my muscles, rather than just continuing to eat healthy food and hope my tummy goes! Thanks
